Team Name: JW Racing Team Drivers: Jeff Williams Vehicle Make: Ford F-150 Class: West Coast Pro Trucks Hometown: Newbury Park, CA Jeff Williams had a great 2006 by taking both West Coast Pro Truck Irwindale Speedway and Overall Touring Championships. During the 2006 season JW racing was the only team in the series with a top 5 finish in every race. This year the team plans to run a four to five race schedule in the Craftsman Truck or Busch Series. By 2008, JW Racing wants to run full time in either of those series. Jeff started off in drag racing and was track champion in his first two years. He attended Racing Schools all over the west coast from the Mesa Marin Speedway to the Richard Petty School at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He entered the American Race Truck Series later named the West Coast Pro Truck Series in 2000. His first year, Jeff was awarded Rookie of the Year and only took six short years to claim the 2006 Championship. The JW Racing Team is headed up by Jeff's dad, Vern Williams. This is a tight father and son team that knows their stuff. They build their own race engines and set up their own chassis.
